Baseline survey references and resources

These publications support survey design, socioeconomic measurement, and the country examples. Use the edition that matches the study's reference period and applicable financing framework. Public links lead to the publisher; signed-in readers can also access available archive editions through the source table.

The baseline overview sets out the assessment purpose. Continue with questionnaire design and fieldwork, sampling and analysis, and the country discussions for Indonesia and Maluku and Nepal. The Maluku question sets provide project-specific prompts; official statistical instruments supply the definitions needed for national comparisons.
