Original reading and corrections
The earlier articles introduced qualitative sampling papers, participatory mapping studies, statistical explainers, survey tools and national catalogues. Their reference trail is retained here. Core method claims use the sources identified in each discussion; historical tools and general reading retain their original context.
The revisions correct several distinctions: Jon Corbett authored the IFAD mapping review; the East-West Center volume has three editors; the original NIST link concerns tolerance intervals; and planned interview counts and focus-group attendance need a sampling design before they can support population estimates. The Maluku examples remain linked as study designs.
Qualitative sampling readings
The original compilation introduced Sandelowski (1995), Glaser (1965), Francis and colleagues (2010), Guest, Bunce and Johnson (2006), Mason (2010), Emmel (2013), Onwuegbuzie and Leech (2007), Fugard and Potts (2015), and Galvin (2015). The representative-samples discussion identifies their role and links the methodological sources. The older compilation also included Wright and colleagues' (2011) clinician interview study, statistical tutorials, calculators and biomedical statistics readings; these remain historical reading leads.
