Sources and methodological resources
The series combines published research and institutional guidance with proposed practice tools. Citations beside substantive claims identify their sources. Scenarios, templates, screening questions, and the fictional spatial example are original teaching and practice materials; they are not presented as official lender instruments or empirically validated forecasts.
Public endpoints were checked on 10 October 2026; accessibility checks do not establish that the full text was reviewed. Older foundational documents retain their publication dates. Application of any financing standard depends on the investment and agreed requirements. The resources below have different purposes and evidence strengths.

Reading sources critically
Institutional guidance proposes or specifies practice within a defined remit. Ethnographic research explains relationships in a particular setting. A modelled dataset estimates a quantity through assumptions. An accountability report documents an institutional process. These sources support different claims.
When using them for a client or government decision, record the claim, the supporting evidence, the context, the uncertainty, and the additional local verification needed. Preserve the distinction between a published finding, a plausible mechanism, an assumed scenario, and an implemented commitment.
