Assets, ownership and resource access

The asset questions examine productive equipment, land, crops, livestock, housing and household goods. Ownership, use rights and access arrangements require separate interpretation when assessing livelihood dependence or displacement.

Design use

Identify the owner, user and access arrangement for each asset or resource. Record quantities and units separately from value, and link parcels, trees and structures to their own identifiers so that shared interests remain traceable.

Instrument review

The land-area question pairs “acres” in English with “hektar” in Bahasa Indonesia. Several skip instructions retain qX/qY placeholders. Confirm the intended units and routing in the field version.
